This presentation will provide an introduction to the business of buying and selling rental houses and also adding brokerage income to your property management income.

We will be covering:

The different kinds of investors (profit only, retirement), different kinds of properties (A, B, or C).

How to help an investor determine the best type of rental investment to achieve the investor’s goals (short term profit vs. retirement income or low risk vs. high risk, etc.)

The difference between Cap Rate and IRR and why they are meaningful.

You will also have the opportunity to ask your questions!
