Joel Elliott is the Chief Executive Officer of EW Enterprises Inc. He oversees BlueBox Property Managemen LLC, EW Construction and Maintenance Services, LLC, and is the Broker for EW Real Estate Services. He oversees the day to day operations of all Brokerage, Construction, and Property Management Services. He has been involved in the Real Estate and banking Industry for over 15 years. Currently he is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers where he is currently serving as the SE Regional Vice President and holds the Residential Management Professional designation. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he is in the final phase of completing his Certified Property Management designation as well. In addition to the time Joel spends with these 2 organizations he is also an active member of the Metro South Board of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. Joel is one of the most respected and admired members of the Property Management community and believes that training, ethics, and professionalism are the most important traits one must have to be successful in the Property Management industry.
