• Half Rack Baby Back Ribs~ Glazed with our guava BBQ sauce and served with fries.
• Applewood Bacon & Cheddar Burger~ Crisp bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, tomato, red onions and lettuce on a brioche bun.
• Jerk Chicken Pasta~ Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus and mushrooms tossed in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
• Tostada Salad~ Choice of grilled salmon or chicken. A bed of fresh greens with tomato, corn and black bean salsa, topped with avocado, chimichurri, Island vinaigrette and a crisp tortilla with melted cheese on the side.
