David will discuss the laws regarding service animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals. He will give insights about the different places the various animals are permitted, Florida and Federal Law regarding each, and the requirements for a reasonable accommodation.

Presented by David Boyer

David Boyer is the Director of Investigations at Disability Rights Florida. In that role he is responsible for a wide variety of cases to include abuse and neglect in facilities and housing discrimination. He specializes in the laws and rights of service & support animal owners.

He is a 2011 law graduate of Florida State University after a career in the United States Army as a psychologist. He resides in Hollywood Florida with his wife and 2 furry children.
