Knowledge of Risk Management is essential as a residential property manager. Participants in this course will be introduced to the Basics of Risk, its Sources, the Proper Approaches to Risk as well as Minimizing and Controlling Risk.  This class is applicable for your entire property management team including property managers, leasing agents, broker/owners, and office managers. Fred Thompson is the instructor for this course and is a national educator for NARPM.®

The learning objectives for this course will be to identify and control the risks associated with residential property management.
