Melissa Sharone MPM® RMP® is the President at First Rate Property Management where she began her career in Property Management in 2010. She is a Boise Native and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Melissa is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) at both national and local levels.

Currently, she serves on the National Board of Directors as the Northwest Region Vice President. She also serves on the advisory council for the Better Business Bureau. Melissa and her husband are investors in a 25 unit complex in Boise and they have 3 kids ages 14, 6 and 3. They enjoy spending lots of time at their family cabin in McCall and attending Boise State Football games.
