  • Jerk Chicken Pasta~ Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus and mushrooms tossed in a rich Parmesan cream sauce with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
  • Tostada Salad~ Choice of grilled salmon or chicken. A bed of fresh greens with tomato, corn and black bean salsa, topped with avocado, chimichurri, Island vinaigrette and a crisp tortilla with melted cheese on the side.
