Jeff Wilkins is the Managing Partner at the Property Management Law Group, which serves the entire State of Florida. Jeff focuses his practice on assisting property management companies and owners with their commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, to include evictions, lease drafting, security deposit claims, fair housing compliance and property management best practices.

In order to maximize efficiency and value for his clients, Jeff has developed proprietary software that his clients can access online 24 hours a day (www.eviction247.com) to submit evictions, leases and legal notices for immediate processing.  He also assists his clients with their civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on real estate and property management disputes. 

Jeff has been a featured speaker for multiple trade and educational organizations, including Jacksonville Real Estate Investment Association, Central Florida Realty Investors Association, National Association of Residential Property Managers and Florida Apartment Association.
