With COVID impacting the landscape of everything we do as property managers, OnSight PROS learned a lot about how to perform Move-In, Move-Out, Periodic, and Lease Renewal condition reports safely for both the property manager and the tenant.

OnSight PROS CEO, Phil Owen, developed a presentation for NARPM meetings that lays out best practices developed in consultation with property managers, legal, and healthcare professionals. The presentation provides 1 HOUR of CE Credit towards NARPM designations. The presentation helps think through:

• when and if it is safe to continue performing periodic and lease renewal reports

• what precautions should be taken when you are entering a vacant or occupied property

• what PPE you should wear and why

• how to communicate with tenants and owners about “inspections” during this season

• utilizing technology to help maintain “property awareness”
