Join us for a round of Scary Stories with Dale Westling. Dale, a local property management attorney, will regale us with a few nasty property management adventures he has encountered and then ask the audience to contribute their scary stories for all to share.

If you are new to property management, this is a golden opportunity for you to learn from your fellow property managers how to avoid scary pitfalls or at least survive them. In the past, we have had stories about rental homes beings smashed by trees, rental homes being converted to grow houses and of course the tenant who beats up a cop and goes to jail. That one never gets old. Anyway, if you are an old-hand at property management, bring your best stories to share and snicker at the trials and tribulations of your fellow NARPM members.
