NARPM Tampa – Managing Pet Risk – We Screen People, What about the Pets?

Vice President of Investor Services for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group located in Tampa Florida. Their affiliated companies offer Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Property and HOA Management, Home Warranty, Insurance, Title and Mortgage. From the beginning of her real estate career over 30 years ago, Betsy has been dedicated to raising the bar for herself and others who offer residential property management and leasing service.  

 

Betsy is considered a national expert in residential property management and her company holds the prestigious CRMC® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Formerly with Coldwell Banker as their State Director of Property Management operations, Betsy joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group in 2003. Betsy’s goal to increase her company’s management portfolio became a reality as they grew from 150 homes under management to over 2000.
