Do you struggle to maintain control of your calendar? Do you find yourself waking up at night trying to remember if you forgot to do something the previous day? Does your brain ‘hurt’ trying to remember everything you have to do? Are you constantly having to apologize for being late to appointments or for missing deadlines?

Every person has the same 24 hours each day to accomplish everything they want to get done. Some people are able to manage their time and complete all the desired tasks each day while others seem to struggle to accomplish much of anything at all. While certain personality styles tend to be more task driven, everyone can benefit from implementing proven time management techniques to become more productive in their daily lives.

In this presentation we will explore how you can learn to take control of your schedule, implement a good system to keep track of all your tasks and develop a reputation as someone who gets things done. When you put these techniques into practice, you will feel better about what you accomplished each day, you will sleep better at night and you will be a star in your office.

ABOUT ERIC WETHERINGTON

Eric Wetherington, MPM, RPM and NARPM’s 2016/2017 Southeast Regional Vice President is the Director and Broker of Carolina One Property Management in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. He is a dynamic business leader with a background that includes everything from overseeing small startup companies to building multi-million dollar operations for Fortune 200 companies. As a speaker and trainer, Eric has covered topics including Real Estate Law, Title Insurance, Sales Techniques, Leadership, Success in Property Management and many other topics related to real estate and business. In 2009 Eric founded Carolina One Property Management, which currently manages nearly 1,100 single family homes in the greater Charleston area. Since that time he has started or taken over several other companies. Eric resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area with his wife, Leigh and his two children Rachel and Joshua. When he is not hard at work, Eric enjoys singing with the Charleston Symphony Chorus and the Charleston Symphony Chorus Chamber Singers, directing the choir and music program at his church, cooking and spending time enjoying the beautiful beaches of South Carolina with his family.
