Betsy Darling Morgan, RMP®, MPM®, GRI®
Vice President of Investor Services for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Betsy Morgan is the Vice President of Investor Services for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group located in Tampa Florida. Their affiliated companies offer Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Management, Building and Maintenance Division, Home Warranty, Insurance, Title and Mortgage. From the beginning of her real estate career Betsy has been dedicated to raising the bar for herself and others who offer residential property management and leasing service.

Betsy is considered a national expert in residential property management and her company holds the prestigious CRMC® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). After leaving Coldwell Banker as their State Director of Property Management operations, she joined her current company and over the past 10 years she has been instrumental in increasing her company’s management portfolio from 150 to over 2000 single family homes through marketing and acquisitions.

Betsy lives in Dunedin, Florida with her husband Bill, a dog and a cat and enjoys visits from her 3 handsome sons, their beautiful wives, and her 7 amazing grandchildren.

With over 30 years of real estate and rental management experience, Betsy enjoys sharing her experiences and is an instructor for NARPM® designation classes and a sought after guest speaker.

Jeanie C. Croes, MPM®, RMP®

Broker/Owner of Your Rental Connection in Lakeland, Florida has been in the property management business and a NARPM member since February 1995.

Specializing in the leasing and management of single family homes, condos and apartment in the Lakeland/Polk County area. Jeanie has served on various Florida and State Boards over the years and continues to attend Local and National NARPM Conferences and Conventions and she believes knowledge is POWER. Her motto is, “To truly become number #1, you must constantly strive to surpass yourself, not the competition.

Daniel Rothrock

Director of Property Management and Broker Associate of Eaton Realty, LLC, specializes in single-family property management in the SE Hillsborough County. Anyone who knows Daniel knows that he strives for perfection. Having tenants pay on time, protecting the integrity of the home, paying attention to detail, and results are just a few of his objectives.

On a personal note, Daniel and his wife Abby, have been married for 11 years and have two beautiful, spunky children – Hayden and Isabella. Abby is a local art teacher where both children attend. As a family, they love to spend time with close family and friends, cruising, and playing outdoors.
