Navigating tenants with ESA’s and service animals is becoming increasingly common (and stressful).
What are the rules??  How do we comply??  Hear the answers direct from the Equal Opportunity Coordinator for Pinellas County!

Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to help all property managers handle these challenges and others that we deal with often.

Mark Esparza

Equal Opportunity Coordinator Mr. Mark Esparza was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and came to the United States in 1984, where he attended the University of Colorado. After obtaining a degree in International Affairs, Mark attended Law school in New York City, at New York Law School in 1990. After graduating from school and becoming a member of the Florida Bar in 1993, Mark then became a Florida Circuit civil certified mediator in 2001. After working as an investigator for the City of St. Petersburg for 5 years, Mark moved to the county’s office of human Rights, were he currently investigates claims of discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations.
