Hello Fellow Property Managers!!

SWFL Chapter of NARPM Board of Directors is proud to present

Eric Wetherington, MPM, RPM.

Eric Wetherington is the Director and Broker of Carolina One Property Management in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition to starting and running a successful property management business, Eric started South Carolina Property Services in 2011, a full-service property maintenance and renovation company.

South Carolina Property Services currently has 12 team members with 9 trucks on the road each day.The team completed over 5,000 jobs last year; from re-keying, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to complete house remodels.

Eric resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area with his wife, Leigh and his two children Rachel and Joshua. When he is not hard at work, Eric enjoys singing with the Charleston Symphony Chorus and the Charleston Symphony Chorus Chamber Singers, cooking and spending time enjoying the beautiful beaches of South Carolina with his family.
