SWFL Chapter of NARPM Board of Directors is proud to present Mike Collins, President of the NARPM Florida State Chapter and owner of Collins Realty Services & Property Managers.

In this session, Mike, will be speaking about the 5 Keys to Property Management.

Since 2004, Mike has helped people buy, sell, rent, and manage homes in the Jacksonville area of Northeast Florida. He was a National Award-Winning Agent at Keller Williams First Coast Realty, prior to opening Collins Property Managers in early 2008, and joining NARPM that year. In addition to Property Management, Mike and his Team work in Residential Sales, and assist owners with Investment Property strategies.

Mike is originally from Larchmont, NY, a suburb of NYC, and a graduate of College of The Holy Cross.

Prior to his involvement in Real Estate, Mike was CEO of a National Optical Chain.

He lives in Fleming Island with his wife and business partner Sandy, and they have three grown children, a granddaughter, and a grandson. His daughter Kaela has also been an active member of Collins Property Managers.
