Jorge has been a leader in the Insurance industry for nearly 20 years, working in upper management and executive positions with respected Fortune 500 Insurance

companies. He has led sales forces of over 100 employees to meet and exceed company quotas. His passion is in Real Estate and Habitational Insurance. Utilizing big data and analytics to develop financial solutions for large complex Condominium Associations, Office Buildings and Condo-Hotels. Jorge loves to establish relationships and lifelong friendships with board members and clients. Professionalism, ethics, honor, courage and commitment are the values he lives by day to day.

Jorge is the President of his own association and a Licensed Community Association Manager, so he personally knows the challenges that Condominiums and Homeowners association face on a day to day basis.

As a former Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps he acquired the leadership skills necessary that has propelled him in the corporate world. As a Marine Scout Sniper he did tours in Asia and The Middle East.

 

He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in International Studies and Economics.

Jorge is a licensed Title Insurance Agent, Property and Casualty, Life and Health, Surplus Lines, Home Warrantee, Legal Expense, Adjuster, Realtor, Community Association Manager and Continuing Education Instructor.
