ABOUT TIM FORBIS
Tim Forbis is the CEO of TDRE INC, the parent company of TD Real Estate. LLC. He has been
in Property Management for 18 years. With several offices in Colorado and Wyoming, TD Real
Estate, LLC manages 1500 properties from Greeley Colorado to Jackson Hole Wyoming.
He is currently an instructor for the Wyoming Real Estate Institute teaching various classes in property
management. He volunteers his off time as a Shrine Clown, also known as Hinky the Clown. He
has presented in several locations nationally and internationally on topics related to investment
real estate and property management.
His recent speaking engagements include the Annual Leadership of Principals and Property Professionals Summit (ALPPPS™) in Australia and all regional NARPM conferences in 2015.
